Shipping policy

·        At Froxin Wearables, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy for more details.

 

·        All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

·        Your parcel will be dispatched after getting confirmation from Customer on Call/whatsApp

 

·        If a customer fails to answer confirmation on call/whatsApp, order will not be dispatched.

 

·        If you not responding in 24 Hours your order will be cancelled.

 

·        Delivery Expected Time 3 to 5 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates

 

·        You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your order through the provided link.

 

·        Our parcels are sent through Leopards & TCS only. No other courier service will be used even on demand of customer.

 

·        Allow to open/check parcel facility available in front of rider if u mention in your order/confirmation on call or whatsapp.

 

·        TCS is not allowed to Open/check parcel facility. All allow to open request parcel will send through Leopard courier service.

 

·         If your order is returned due to cancellation or unavailability. We won't send any order in future until the customer prepays first.

 

·        Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

·        Free Delivery Available on All Orders above 1999/-PKR.
